About us
Located in the heart of Cannes, in a sumptuous 1930s house just a stone’s throw from the famous Croisette, La Villa Bleue welcomes you to a unique setting where flavors rub shoulders with refinement, festivities and pleasures. A resolutely exclusive address, with its private terrace and upstairs cocktail bar. On the menu: flavors by Chef Nicolas Decherchi, with a selection of starters and main courses served with a seasonal cuisine concept. A wine list featuring unique vintages and signature cocktails completes the invitation to travel.

Cooking is my passion, a childhood dream born of stories told by my grandmother, herself a cook.
After taking my first steps with the reputed and Michelin-starred Bruno in Lorgues, my career path naturally led me to work in renowned establishments and with gastronomic greats such as Georges Blanc, Alain Ducasse, Philippe Labbé and Éric Frechon.
These unique and enriching experiences enabled me to hone my skills and perfect my technique, and in 2013, create my own starred universe at the Paloma restaurant in Mougins, before working at L’Oasis in Mandelieu-La Napoule.
I then took over Le Repère restaurant in Port de la Rague, turning it into a gourmet stopover with a panoramic view of the Pays de Lerins seafront.
After 26 years in the culinary world, I decided to take on a new challenge, to write a new page, by taking over the kitchen at La Villa Bleue Cannes in partnership with Le Palm Beach.
