Nicolas Decherchi

A native of the Var region, Nicolas Decherchi took his first steps with Michelin-starred Chef Bruno in Lorgues, then honed his skills with renowned chefs such as Georges Blanc, Philippe Labbé, Éric Frechon and Cyril Lignac, with whom he created recipes for the TV shows “Top Chef” and “Un Diner Presque Parfait”.
